Fivefootsix works on new audio news service Clippet
Design Week got in touch to find out about the brand and app we designed for new audio-based news service, Clippet.
Users access audio ‘clippets’ through a free app. With each clippet lasting no more than 60 seconds, the content is aimed at an 18-28 year-old demographic. It is selected, written and recorded by a team that publishes ten clippets at 7am and another ten at 5pm.
Fivefootsix was approached by the founders of the start-up in October last year.
Partner Algy Batten says, ‘They had the idea for the product and were already quite far down the line with app development, but hadn’t considered the positioning or done anything with the brand development at that point.’
