The Art of Ping Pong hits the Beach
A collaborative Art Project with our lovely friends at Beach London.
In 2013 we created The Art of Ping Pong, inviting ten of the UK’s most exciting artists and illustrators – including Christopher Wormell, Remi Rough and Hattie Stewart – to create bespoke ping pong bat artworks which went on to raise over £1,000 in aid of BBC Children in Need. In 2014 we did it again, this time featuring 21 artists and launching with a two-week exhibition at Beach London’s gallery.

We invited all the wonderful people that had contributed to the project so they could finally meet, share a drink, and see their work on the walls next to each other!
The fun didn’t stop there. Beach’s infamous Ping Pong table made a reappearance and people played while the whole exhibition was on.
The bats went on auction shortly after and we sold our limited edition publications so people could take the complete collection of the bats home along with a poster too.
The night was a roaring success with over 100 people packed into the gallery space and street outside.
